Biography
Sunita is an Assistant Professor at the University of Delaware. Her research interests span high-level programming models and runtime systems for current and future platforms, exploring applicability of irregular algorithms on accelerators and low power devices, constructing high-level software stack for embedded platforms using industry standards and so on. She is an active member of SPEC, OpenACC and OpenMP.

Sunita holds a PhD degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, a Bachelors in Engineering from Anna University, India. Sunita has chaired several parallel programming workshops served on the Program Committee of SC, IPDPS, CCGrid, ICPP, HPCC, HPDC among others. She also won the IEEE TCHPC Early Career Researchers award, 2016.
